Return and Refund Policy

At slideshareppt.net, we sell digital files that are delivered instantly. Therefore, we do not normally offer returns.

Refunds are considered only in the following cases:

1. Duplicate payment made by mistake.
2. Technical error where the file was not delivered.
3. Order canceled before download (see Cancellation Policy).

Refund Duration: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refund Mode: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method only (bank account, card, or wallet).
